Do I need an account?

No. Every solo mode works without signing in; your records are saved on your device. Signing in (optional) syncs them and lets you appear on leaderboards.

How do I delete my account?

Open the Account screen in the app and tap “Delete account”. This permanently removes your profile, stats, scores, and sign-in link.

Is online 1v1 free?

Yes. The whole app is free with no ads and no in-app purchases. Online matches need an internet connection and a second player.
